Elena joined the GTA law firm in 2019 after collaborating with two law firms in Verona, mainly dealing with civil law and litigation, company law, commercial contracts, corporate compliance.
She acquired expertise in the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003), assisting various Companies in the activity of adaptation to the legislation, as well as in the matter of corporate liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001).
Recently, she has deepened her skills in the fields of IT contracts, e-commerce, network law and new technology law (A.I., blockchain, smart contracts).
Elena collaborates with the Bar Association to which she belongs and with some Associations active in the area, for which she participates, as a speaker, in meetings for the prevention of cybercrime and for raising awareness among the community of the conscious use of the Network.
