Susanna Greggio collaborates with the GTA Law Firm since 2007, the year of its foundation, and became Partner in 2018.
From the beginning of her career she has dealt with Corporate and Commercial Law, Industrial Property Law (trademarks, patents, copyright), national and international Contracts, assisting domestic and foreign companies in the private sector, national and EU competition Law, Product Liability and Real Estate.
She deals in particular with Privacy, Data Protection (Italian Privacy Code and Reg. EU nr. 2016/679), and different provisions of the area, with the aim of integrating new dispositions into the already existing business procedures (quality, Legislative Decree 231/2001, environment and safety). In this Area, she assists Companies of various types and sizes in carrying out the numerous obligations prescribed by the legal standard, as well as in the construction of the Personal Data Protection Model, and follows all updates. She developed these skills by following specifics training courses with reference to the area of company compliance, also in the field of data security and business information, as well as in the field of New Technologies Law.
In consideration of the new obligations introduced by the GDPR, she has been appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) by important companies based in Veneto, Trentino and Emilia Romagna.
In the field of Privacy and Data Protection, she is often called to carry out training activities and to provide in-depth thematic contributions, also at associations representing companies.

Qualification to practice the profession of lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Venice (2007)
Registered in the Bar Association at the Court of Vicenza.
